Who am I? A Servant Leader of hope, people, and community. My gift is to motivativate, empower and help heal the heart and teach individuals how to breathe one whole breath at a time. Pain is a masterclass of highs and lows and while they all have a lesson to teach. It is my job to rehears and prepare the classroom with trust, safety and a sacred safe space where caterpillars leave the cocoon to become graceful butterflies. I am Dr. Titus S McMillan, trauma specialist, board certified master mental health and functional medicine health coach. Also, proud Amen Clinic Brain Health Professional, I specialize in relationship, emotional wellbeing and lifestyles change management. Yet more than that, a trauma survivor teaching humanity to heal inside out. Let me teach you how to smile without guilt or shame. It's never easy but I promise you it will be worth it; I know because I survived world war me and I wouldn't change a thing. Titus S. McMillan has been trained and developed through the process of 40 years of solid research at the Gottman Institute infused with not only a psychological premise, but also 23 years of theological study, and a vast catalog of musical influences. Titus has transformed the concept of marriage and interpretation within the institution of marriage, revitalizing the life of worn relationships, helping couples to become one whole person in unity.
Titus’ approach is to accept a head-on collision of two individuals on a winding road searching for a compass to find their way home. The journey is certainly one of personal discovery and individual realities and both sides of the truth. He has authored his latest work, Healing Inside of Me, The Courage to Win Again.

It’s passages like this that cause me the greatest pain, yet at the same time the solitude of confident comfort. The situations that don’t make sense, the trials that cause you to just about lose all hope and stagers your faith. Well let me just say this, overcoming fear is a master class of mentally challenged truth in the face of adversity. You know the times you, well let me say Me, when I have felt totally abandoned by God. Now for most people in the way of faith, you struggle to walk in that potentiality of transparency’s because one, you are more invested in what others may think of you. Or you have completely miss the invitation of spiritual intimacy altogether! This is not the time to cling to the expectations of tyrannical terrorist. At some phase all of us end up at Gethsemane. Look at where and how you were able to walk through the valley, pay attention to the historical lesson the wilderness taught you. |
For those of us who miss the opportunity, you may look back at the lesson as you breathe with exhaustive anxiety because the option of prayer would have met you at the finish line in celebration for your sacrificial dedication. Instead you’ve settle for the mercy of God with us, when in fact you had the Favor of Gods Presence leading you through the shadows of death. Selah..
